CANCELLATION POLICY

fingerprint.dev is a product of Helium LLC. References to fingerprint.dev, we, us, or our mean Helium LLC as the operator of the service.

Open billing in the dashboard and use the "Manage subscription" button to cancel. Cancellation can also be initiated by emailing support@fingerprint.dev.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The service remains available until that date so you can complete any in-flight work.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds case-by-case for billing errors or extended outages. Contact support to request a review.

Your data remains accessible through the end of the billing period. After that, we retain only what is required for legal and tax purposes and delete the rest within a reasonable window.

You can reactivate by starting a new subscription from the billing page. Historical data may not be restorable once retention has lapsed.
