MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

fingerprint.dev offers a signed Master Services Agreement to enterprise customers in place of the click-through Terms of Service that govern self-serve plans.

The MSA covers service definition, term and termination, payment, confidentiality, indemnification, and liability. Custom redlines are reviewed case-by-case.

Procurement and legal teams can request the current MSA template by contacting sales. We share the template under NDA along with our standard DPA and our SOC 2 program status.

Self-serve plans (Free, Hobby, Starter, Pro) operate under the published Terms of Service and standard Privacy Policy. The MSA path is intended for enterprise commitments that warrant a contract review.
